Send feedback in the app
- Open Profile (bottom navigation).
- Tap the settings icon → Support & feedback.
- Choose a feedback type, write your message, and optionally add your name or email.
- Tap Submit feedback.
Your message is sent to our Supabase feedback database when you submit. You need an internet connection to send feedback.
Troubleshooting

| App stuck after a workout | Force-close and reopen the app |
| Plan looks wrong | Check Profile — goal, equipment, schedule; retake Starting Assessment if needed |
| Feedback will not send | Check internet; some builds require Supabase to be configured |
| Progress or streak looks wrong | Only sessions completed through the workout flow count; optional sessions are separate |
For crashes, we may receive a Sentry report automatically. Please still send feedback describing what you were doing — it helps us fix issues faster.
Your data on this device
Workouts, plans, and profile information are stored on your device only. There is no cloud backup in the current version.
See Settings → Data & privacy in the app, or read our privacy policy.
Reset app data
In the app: Settings → Data & privacy, or Settings → Reset app or progress.
- Reset workout history — Clears logs and progress; keeps profile and plan setup.
- Reset everything — Clears all local data and returns you to onboarding.
These cannot be undone. There is no cloud restore.
Beta testing
You may be using a beta or preview build. Features and content can change between releases. Detailed feedback is especially valuable — thank you for testing.
Third-party services (plain language)
- Supabase — Stores messages you submit from the in-app feedback form.
- Sentry — Receives crash and error reports so we can improve stability.
We do not use these services for advertising. See the privacy policy for details.
